2012 Valentine's Day...
This year’s Valentine Menu has got great choices of starters and main dishes to add that touch of the Med to your Valentine or even if you are the Pizza and Pasta type just ask the waiters to choose from our A La Carte. Just to get you started we will give you a Free glass of wine with your meal!
Our New Re-designed Website launched..!
For the past few months we have been working hard to give you a more interactive and enjoyable experience when visiting the Bar Venezia Website.
We have lots of things planned for the site, including possible online booking forms, contact forms and possibly a photo gallery, so please be sure to come back regularly to see what we've done.
Brand New Menu...
This time when we changed the Menu we added great new sections to it; like our Burger section, kids Menu and a Breakfast Menu too but we have still kept most of our popular Pizza and Pasta dishes. Now you can even call us the day before and ask for any Fish or Seafood that you would like, in any way you want and we will 'Fish' it for you!
THE OWNER:
Medhat Awad joined Bar Venezia in 1988 as a Managing Partner from a Hotel & Catering background. He worked for 8 years in a number
of
London´s big 5 star hotels such as The Hilton, Sheraton and Ramada among
others, as well as the opening of the famous Coppid Beech Hotel and Dry Sky Centre in Bracknell.
Medhat then came down to live in Devon while assisting with the running of the Old Manor House Hotel and Golf Club,
now known as The Bovey Castle.
After becoming the sole owner of Bar Venezia in 2003 he has managed to change it from just a Cafe to a full A La Carte Mediterranean Restaurant, Fully Licensed Bar until 2am, a Salsa & Latin Dance Club every Sunday and the addition of Cafe Baba - our Famous Middle Eastern Cafe for sampling all types of fruit Sheesha, Mint tea and Arabic coffee.
